Dreamland
Posted in Mixed Bag and tagged with Dreams on October 5, 2006Okay, so I’m not actually going to sit here and go on and on about some fun or “prophetic” dream I had, but I have been pondering something that I realized about dreams. In my dream last night I knew that it was October, that the 1st was on a Sunday, and that April and October were 6 months apart. But I also “knew” all sorts of other details that were not true. How do our minds do it? How does my brain take what is true, combine it with fanciful things, and come out with a dream?

I know! Dreams are so crazy. I seem to always have people in my dreams that look like someone but they “are” someone else. It’s crazy.
