It's the only way you can be guaranteed a cart. I often see dozens of people waiting for the cart guy when they could have easily grabbed one outside. Thanks for the inside scoop. Did not know about the 6-10 am thing when the experienced staff works. Makes sense that they get the "sweet" shifts.
