My husband is a Chiropractor. I know one can help you. There are many types of Chiropractic. Personally I prefer the activator instead of manipulation. If you go that rout, be sure the chiropractor is certified in the Activator method. There are many who use it without the training they need. Massage therapy can be a great help also. But if your back is out of alignment, the massage will only make you feel better for a little while. You need to be put back into alignment and then have the muscles massaged to help hold the adjustment.
Hope you do feel better soon.

LOL
That's pretty funny. Although my thought process would be a bit slower. I would be in there, getting felt up before thinking "umm, something just ain't right!"

ROTFL - this is totally a thought process that would be going on in my head. I love it. I go to a chiropractor because my back is jacked up....I would recommend asking around for referrals or getting a nice hour massage! ;-)

~melody~
