Now, I dread the thought of ever having to GO to work. Yes, my job is supremely harder than anything else I've ever done, but it's also supremely rewarding (and I get to make my own schedule...oh, yeah, and I'm the boss..lol). You should keep practicing your cooking! Then you'll be a step ahead when you DO get married (or IF that is). :) I’m one of those people who didn’t know I wanted to be a SAHM until I became one. I don't always love baking and cooking but it does satisfy something deep inside that feels so accomplished when I *create* something wonderful for someone else to enjoy (and myself as well, obviously or I wouldn't be carrying around 40 extra lbs!) She finally came to terms with not having children, relaxed and quit trying. She now has two sons. God is certainly in control. We have lost track of one another, but I remember so clearly the day she told me that she was not going to stress about it any longer and let God have his way. He did. So, my friend, continue to trust and brushing up on your cooking skills.
