Valentine’s Day Comments
Posted in Dusting the Historian's Library and tagged with Comments, Holidays on February 14, 2009Thanks for all the comments this week! I’m sorry I haven’t been able to visit but a couple of blogs this week. It’s been crazy! I’m glad that tax season isn’t year-round…better enjoy it while it’s here!
Stephanie commented on my dream, “You know, taking kids somewhere without their parents’ permission IS kidnapping, whether they’re begging you to go or not.”
Yeah, yeah…
Iva thought I forgot something on my perfect man list: “I believe you forgot something – someone who adores you. Not to the point of worshiping you, of course…but someone who thanks God every day for giving YOU to HIM. Cherish comes to mind.”
Thanks, Iva, you’re right.
Mrs. Mouthy said, “Trust me, the only thing worse than Valentine’s Day for single people is Valentine’s Day for married people. Just a whole lot of guilt on both ends for not planning anything romantic in any way. !!”
Happy Valentine’s Day!

I hope you enjoyed your Valentine’s doing the things you wanted to do, Ronnica. I spent the day with my family – no flowers, no chocolates – just wonderful, blissful time with three people whom I love very much.

Amen to Mrs. Mouthy! It really can be like that sometimes. But you take the good with the bad.
