Take a Deep Breath

Really, that post title is for me.  Today’s another big day at work, part 2 of 3 of a big project, and the only one that I’ve dislike (like REALLY disliked).  I need to remind myself to take a deep breath, and no matter what happens, I get to walk away at the end of the day.  I’m thankful for a job that I can leave at the door.

For those of you who are the praying kind, I could use some prayer, primarily for my patience and perseverance.  When I don’t like something, I tend to shut down too fast rather than sticking it out.

Hope to talk to you again tomorrow, but I’ll be deep in work all day today!

Good luck! Just power right through. You’ll feel extra-good when it’s done!

I know that you know that GOD is in control…I used to think…well, in 8 hours or like tomorrow this will all be over…or whatever the time span was. That always helped me thru. We have to have these “big deals” to make us appreciate all the small, special moments. You are in my prayers. GOD KNOWS AND CARES.

Hang in there… sometimes, that’s all you can do – is take a good deep breath!

Patience and perseverance when it’s something that just seems intolerable and overwhelming is something I struggle with. I usually end up shutting down too.

Praying that you feel the strength of the Lord and that he carries you through this crazy project. That you feel peace, patience and the encouragement that you do get to leave it behind at the end of the day!

Sometimes, take a deep breath, is the mantra that gets me through the day. I really hope it works for you too, Ronnica!

    Good luck!

Thanks, all. It’s going better than expected. Though I had a bit of expressed frustration this morning, I’ve been sustained by singing (in my head) “Endless Praises.”

Ronnica, I have been absent from your blog for so long. Much has happened hasn’t it? I am so excited for your trip to Turkey. Africa is pulling on me again.
I love that you use a globe in your Sunday School too. Children need to learn and understand that our world is more than what they see and have here. You will have so many great things to tell them when you return.
God Bless and keep you while you are gone.
