Not a Typical Friday Morning

Friday, I came out to my car and found this:

For those who have been reading my blog for a while (or who are otherwise obsessed with me and read my old posts in their free time), this probably reminded you of this time:

June 2010

(You can read that whole story here.) Thankfully, this time wasn’t as bad, as the damage is limited to the back driver’s side door and the back panel.

I realized pretty quickly that there was no way that this happened while my car was in the apartment complex parking lot. The night before I was at the mall for 4 hours helping with a fundraiser; that must be when this happened. Between the darkness, being tired, and being unobservant, I didn’t notice it.

I just don’t see how you do this amount of damage and not (at least!) leave a note.
